Here are some recent inquiries we've handled:

Q. "I'd like to get a bag for my two and a half year old, which strap length should I order?"

A. If your child is between sizes, tall or petite for their age or you just are not sure which size to order, don't worry! Just add a message to your order telling us his/her age and approximate height. We will customize the strap length just for your little one. There's no extra charge for this service.

 

Q. "Our son wants a bag like the ones you make but he doesn't like any of the designs you have in stock. Could we just order a plain bag?"

A. Absolutely! We know what it's like to have a 'tricky' customer in the family. Almost all of our bags are customizable. We can change the color of the strap, the color of the bag base or the inside of the bag. Shoot us an email and we'll talk! Most of the time we can make a custom-ordered bag for standard price.

 

Q. "My daughter and grandson live in a different state, can I get the bag delivered directly to them?

A. Of course! We are able to deliver anywhere in the world, to any address, even to your office. If you're sending a gift out of town we can send it straight to the recipient. We'll even include gift wrap and a handwritten note if you like.
